It’s a very good hotel, but it does have room for improvement. Overall, if I were flying out of JFK airport again, I would definitely consider staying at the JFK Radisson.
However, after failing to print, I approached the front desk and they were able to print out the documents for me instead. This hotel should definitely update their business center, computer, since at the current state it is practically unusable. I tried printing my documents 5 times and it didn’t work. Unfortunately, the computer in the business center room is quite old and works very slowly. One reason that I booked this hotel is because they have a business center to print out documents. It was a hot day when we arrived, but thankfully the AC and the shower worked very well. This hotel is a little bit old and I think the rooms could be brightened up a bit. The rooms were nice and were cleaned well, however they didn’t have a luxurious or modern touch. A great perk of this hotel is the free parking, which came with the booking. The service of the staff was friendly and helpful.
The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. The Radisson Hotel JFK Airport is a great hotel to stay at.
